Lamina Therapeutics is a deeptech startup founded in 2020, valued at €11 million (as of September 2020) and a winner of the BPI France Deeptech Award. The company embodies the commitment of UMR 1260 INSERM-UNISTRA to transition from fundamental research to the clinical phase, having successfully transferred the technology for GMP production of the investigational product Lamina.One, including IMPD quality documentation.
Our translational process covers preclinical development (IMPD safety and efficacy studies, preparation of the investigator’s brochure), clinical trial authorization by EMA-ANSM via the CTIS platform and clinical protocol preparation. This end-to-end journey — from patent to regulatory approval — demonstrates our ability to integrate academic discovery, industrial partnerships and clinical implementation to transform fundamental research into accessible therapeutic solutions.
