Science festival 2026: A savoring success!

From October 2 to 12, 2026, the 35th edition of the “Fête de la science” (Science Festival), entitled ”Saveurs savants” (Savory Flavors), gathered intellectuals and gourmets around a table to explore the deep connections between science and cooking, particularly through taste and food. Echoing this year's theme, the HERIIT group of UMR 1260 Inserm-Unistra, based at the CRBS, invited young and old alike to discover that our gut also has taste! Our young volunteers, specialists in intestinal pathologies, skillfully popularized science to create wonderful moments of sharing — a perfect opportunity to tell the story of science differently, spark curiosity, and reveal the secrets of our gut.

Many thanks to Clément Bourgin, Coralie Delabrise and Louis Dutriat, supported by Dorothée Daniel (UMR 7242), for their dedication, creativity, and enthusiasm in sharing their passion for science at this new edition of the Lingolsheim Village des Sciences!
