Scientific day of UMR 1260 INSERM-UNISTRA

On June 5, 2026, the UMR 1260 hosted its Scientific Day of Experimental Work. This event, primarily aimed at the unit’s experimenters, aimed to showcase the diversity and value of the tools and techniques used daily in our laboratories. This privileged and didactic time of exchange allowed all staff to recognize the vast expertise within our team — an important asset that can be leveraged for innovative and federating projects.

The entire team gathered in the morning for a series of about ten thematic presentations, each lasting 10–15 minutes, in the CRBS auditorium (see the event program). The afternoon was dedicated to hands-on activities, with six group sessions offering constructive discussions of around 30 minutes each, focused on laboratory equipment and techniques. The emphasis was on the multidisciplinary nature of the research conducted at UMR 1260 and the potential for new collaborations through the cross-disciplinary skills of its members.

At the end of the day, the event was a success, thanks to the commitment of the 8 presenters and the participation of no fewer than 35 attendees. This achievement will pave the way for stronger team cohesion, new scientific perspectives and the renewal of this event in 2027!
